8 Halloween Costumes you can Make for Free!

Now I know that Halloween isn't a huge holiday in Australia but I thought I would use it as an excuse to hunt down some of my favourite costumes! After all, what toddler doesn't like to  play dress ups!!

1. Cinderella - Do you have a little princess who is in love with this classic?? A great tutorial available on Homemade Toast.

2. Belle (Beauty and the Beast) - Another beauty found over on Homemade Toast. So simple and yet so beautiful!! This tutorial also has some hints for sewing techniques that are handy to remember.

3. Baby Dino - Made from an old jumper, this is a simple, quick outfit for a little man!! Designed by Maddalee.

4. Ice Queen - this beautiful, Frozen inspired, princess outfit is bound to make a lot of little girls happy! Available from Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop. Keep your eye out for the snow man and warrior outfits available in the same pattern.

5. Viking - by I am Momma Hear me Roar. All you need is two toilet seat covers!!

6. Bert (Mary Poppins) - this is outfit is adorable!! Almost as cute as the little model!! Even though most kids might not know who this character is, it could pass as a man at the carnival if you wanted! Definitely one of my favourties on the Make it & Love it Blog.

7. Mary Poppins - by Make it & Love it. Simply stunning. A little bit of work to this outfit, but definitely worth it.

8. Prince Charming - the perfect outfit to accompany the Cinderella dress above! Available on the Make it & Love it Blog.

Now, thanks to the wonderfully talented ladies on these blogs, your kids can be the princess or prince they want to be!! Make sure you share photos of your little ones in their outfits!!
