What you will need:
- Download the Jungle Elephant Quilt Pattern here
- 5 coordinating fat quarters
- Backing fabric
- Binding fabric
- Wadding
- Coordinating thread
1. Cut the necessary quantity of squares and strips from your fat quarters.
2. Assemble blocks 1 and 2, as directed in the pattern and sew in place with a 1/4 " seam. Press seams flat.
**Tip - to ensure your blocks line up perfectly, try pinning the rows together before you sew them.
3. Attach the blocks together in required order, to create rows 1 -5, using a 1/4" seam. Press seams flat.
4. Attach the rows together, using 1/4" seam. Press seams flat.
And that is the quilt front finished!
Next week, we will complete the quilt by adding the wadding, backing fabric, quilting the front and binding.
